Don has over 30 years of experience in the software industry in various roles from sales leadership to CEO. He is also a co-founder of two previous software businesses, Vena Solutions and Fluence Technologies.

Don brings an entrepreneurial spirit to Una, leveraging his extensive experience in founding and growing software companies.

Along with his software ventures, Don is a co-founder of the Wildfire Golf Club, nominated for best new private course in Canada by Golf Digest.

Morrison brings over 25 years of leadership in Corporate Performance Management (CPM) and Office of the CFO technology solutions. He previously led global FP&A and CFO‑focused business lines at Cognos, Applix, and IBM, helping establish those companies as category leaders in performance management.

Before joining Una, he served as CEO of Fluence Technologies, a financial consolidation and close platform where he orchestrated a successful exit to Anaplan in 2024. Morrison’s career is defined by building and scaling high‑growth, finance‑technology companies that empower organizations to plan, analyze, and perform with confidence.
